You know that the US constitution is to restrict the Federal government right??

 I don`t think think the feds need to be involved in education as
much as it is. I think the state should have control, ever better, the
county.

 Driving is regulated... U can`t drive 100 miles an hour in a city
because you might kill people doing it... ergo, speed is regulated to safer
limits.

 Don`t go to a doctor who hasn`t met the regulations to be a
doctor... because it can kill you.

 Don`t ask an electrician to wire, or fix, you electrical who has
no clue about regulation because electricity issues can kill you.

 You sound like the kinda person that forced the government into
making regulations.

Over regulations are not needed.  Common sense regulations are needed.
