And to become a state, the State has to agree to the same thing.  Federal
overrides State.  We fought a war over that.

IHOM: Back to the parents in the local area.  The higher the control, the less
that the people making the decision will be held accoutable for those
decisions.

That was the main problem with a federal Dept. of Education.  There were no
negative consequences for their mistakes.

Those "safe limits" are not backed up by any facts at all.  They were pulled
from a bureaucrat`s behind.

And I can tell you by the people I see on the roads that driving is not
regulated at all.

Hold doctors accountable and that won`t happen.  Regulate doctors and they can
still kill you if they "followed the regulations".

Now we are back to reputation and experience - no gov`t regulation needed.

"Common sense" does not exist in gov`t.  Therefore "common sense regulations"
by the gov`t cannot happen.
