 There are flood zones you have to look at... If you don`t build
your structure with this in mind you might be waist deep in water

structure, this was not part of the original structure and did not meet code.

 Today if you own a building like this they have to be inspected
by engineers on a schedule. This is done so that people don`t die.

 If I was your Realtor I`d have to make sure you had all the
documents needed to make a decision to purchase.
