I have a Raspberry Pi 5 where I have two users. One has the correct
keyboard-settings, the other defaults to "UK". When logged in as the
user with the incorrect setting I see, in the Control Center, "Layout:
English (US)", and "US (United States)" as the locale.

What di I need to do to get the correct setting?
