He didn`t knowingly take any documents.  Biden as vice president was authorized 
to have them.

Trump the criminal did knowingly take them -- hundreds of them among the many 
 thousands of other documents that he *stole*. That`s the first
difference. The 
second is that Trump the criminal refused to give them back.  The third 
difference is that Trump the criminal actively obstructed the government.
