Back in the old days of ttrpgs, there was a particularly litigious
publisher... well, a number of them but this is about a specific
one... who was so protective of their IP they considered reviews
an infringement.

There are authors who seem to sell to one magazine, sometimes one
editor, so their collections would effectively be of that magazine
under that author.
