Hmm.  I wouldn`t describe it that way.  I don`t know about any official
definition of feudalism, but it was based on territories, and Korval, or
any other clan, on one world is part of the same whole as on another; there`s
not some squabbling heirarchy from the bottom up to some soverign point.
