TRUE EQUITY has finally been achieved in the city of Baltimore.
Not one student has tested to be grade level proficient in math
in all of 13 high schools. That`s about 20,000 to 25,000 students
and not one of them is proficient. All are equal.
That eliminates the PROBLEMATIC situation that would have occurred
had at least one student had tested proficient. We just can`t have
any result where one person succeeds and all the others
fall behind in failure. IT`S JUST NOT FAIR to those who are left behind.
Congratulations to the DEI program administrators and the AFT.
