many stolen grocery carts, just nasty, nasty, nasty.  Then we have those who say
 the city should provide them with those tiny homes so they`d have
a place to stay.
 Why? They would end up looking like the city dump with garbage and
grocery carts
 everywhere. Then people counter with one of the stipulations would
be the residents
 would have to keep it clean. Yeah, try enforcing that with a
mental patient or a crack
addict.
