we often have a field of it growing on two or more
sides of us. this year it is two sides. kitty
corner is soybeans (which didn`t make it) and the
field south of us is fallow. not sure what they`re
going to do with it.
i don`t mind eating it once in a while as corn but
i`d much rather have it as corn chips which is why i
don`t normally buy them because i`d eat too many.
HFCS isn`t too common for us to have in our foods
though because we don`t buy a lot of soft-drinks or
high sugar added items. we do use a lot of regular
sugar in baking but that`s a lot different.
