the point is being missed (puns intended) that if i
pick up one of my dull frequently used knives then it

yes, and how i use my knives means i`m not slipping
off something. if i`m cutting something like that
then i get one of the sharper knives and my hand is
not going to be around to be landed upon. i don`t
cut that ways, i`d be using a cutting board.
