LOL, I like grits but need a lot of butter.

Here`s some kid pleasers you can try.

Butter garlic sauce.  This is simply butter and thin sliced garlic or
can be garlic powder or garlic salt.  Young palettes often don`t like
too much garlic so be easy with it until you know how much she likes.

Additions to the butter sauce.  Peeled shrimp (can be whole or cut
down).  Fake lobster or fake crab, cut to smaller pieces if needed.
Mushroom slices but this time, canned work really well.

Cheese you know, but I actually am not a fan of cheesey grits.
