That happened here too, in addition they closed the school for
children who had ailments such as Downs.  So now a bus collects those
kids and they attend regular school accompanied by a `carer` but
usually they are totally unable to learn anything and simply disturb
the class for the other kids who need to learn.  It`s crazy.
