 Some areas had major obstruction of the sanitary sewer system, which
caused massive backups and geysers of raw sewage, not storm water but the
hard stuff, in the dwellings. That must have been sweet. Obstruction of
the main sanitary sewer pipes tells me their system was diverting the
over taxed storm water system into it, along with all the drain clogging
garbage it carries with it.
