"Loudness" is a button on many stereo system.

That equalizer software has graphical user interface so you can modify 
the presets. The only preset that looks like "Telephone" is "Radio".

The "Radio" present raises only the human vocal frequency range, while 
"Telephone" preset raises the human vocal frequency range plus tapering 
the high end and low end frequencies all the way to  -30 dB.
