That`s with the stress symbol after the vowel, which is one
convention. Another more usual convention is to put it before the
stressed syllable.

(Anecdote: I once dared ask Peter T. Daniels how he meant a stress
symbol he used, and he got out of his mind about my question. How
could I possibly ask such a thing? OF COURSE it was before the
stressed vowel. But now here we see an example that the other
convention also exists.)
