Anything I could lay my hands on.

Picard 1843, 1877, English-Dutch-English, which uses a respelling
similar to Merriam-Webster, with macron and breves, and with stress
marks after the stressed syllable.

Ten Burggencate, 1962, 1968, 1973, English-Dutch. Uses IPA, stress
marks before.

The Concise Oxford Dictionary, 1911, 1975, 1981, respelling similar to
Picard, stress marks after stressed syllable.

Hence my confusion. I used Ten Bruggencate and COD most extensively.
