 Well, for a number of years, concept of the "nucleomotive force" is
being explored as a thought experiment.

 I a special state of matter, close to microKelvin temperature and a
"Bose-Einstein condensate", the atom nuclei would also be cooled down to such an
ordered state that a direct transition from the nuclear energy stairway to
kinetic motion would be possible.

 Moreover, it would be conceivable that the energetic transition would
be stimulated by an external forcefield and unidirectional and on single
gamma frequency, just as it is the case with laser beams in ruby crystal
or laser LED diodes.

 However, by far this is only developed on the level of idea and a
thought experiment. Current climate isn`t likely to accept new ideas from
the Oriental roots ...
