 In fact, the US has declared that outer space is not a "global
commons" and established a Space Force. These actions contradict the spirit
of the 1967 Outer Space Treaty, which advocates the peaceful use of
outer space

 Hence, we see USA needs a live fire range to test its new weapons
and Ukraine peasants are willing to pull the triggers and push the
buttons.
 Cannot trust US not to deliver targeting info to longer range
missiles. Biden and USA seem to have forgotten about how the Cuban missile
crisis was resolved.
 USA is developing Aerospace technology for military applications as a
proirity. Always has been that way.
