TWGS doesn`t run under a BBS, it`s its own server. Your Synchronet
users would connect to it using rlogin.js, which is configured in
SCFG->External Programs with a command-line that begins with `?` which indicates
it`s a script/module to be executed in-process, so the I/O method doesn`t
matter - that setting isn`t used for any program whose command line begins
with `*` or `?`.
