They have been set to "True".
I`ve been testing my setup by deleting the "BBS Ads" message area
in fidonet. That area is in my areas.bbs with my uplink, and of
course backbone.na. SBBSECHO keeps treating as a passthru. I`m just trying
to figure how to get sbbsecho to "create" a new message area.
