That`s my FidoNet address..

 To my knowledge, normally I think FTN messages should be routed
through your hub, rather than connecting directly to each system to transfer
mail. Although if directly connecting to another FTN node is valid, I`m
not sure why my binkp wouldn`t be answering connections. I did take my
BBS down for a couple minutes earlier though, and maybe your BBS
happened to try to connect during that time?
