Does it matter if there is anything, like a QWK tagline, in the body of the
message? I just test SLMR and it looks like it is getting the TO and
SUBJECT correct, but the body does include a tagline.
Maybe in past I had something set up wrong where the QWK config file had
something other than "SBBS" set, causing SLMR to address the message wrong.
