1. You don`t need to use jsexec to run postmsg.js
 2. jsexec is a native program, so configure it as such in SCFG
and sbbs won`t try to use DOSEMU to run it (but you shouldn`t need to
use jsexec in this context in the first place).
 3. Your DOSEMU configuration is not right, if you care (i.e.
need/want to run 16-bit DOS programs on your BBS)
