I already make an installer executable for Windows releases. It just
doesn`t do "upgrades". Upgrading, especially from any arbitrary older version
of Synchronet, is a more complex problem that is hard to automate and
make fool proof, so I`m just not doing that, at least not with an
executable or script. An upgrading sysop needs to read and follow directions.
