i would just check all my emails.
i create aliases so i have no idea what alias i used is a long time ago.
also a lot of times these systems don`t send welcome emails or even
have email addresses that work.

can`t it just shoot off an email if the users requests a password?
that`s what my pw emailer does. it`s not hurting anything. it`s not resetting 
a pw.  it doesnt have to SHOW the email address to the requester. it can just 
send it and disconnect.
