YES!. After about 20 minutes of some back and fourth, it with
display my ansi screen for the external programs (xtrn_sec_security
level.ans/msg/asc for each level I want. If no display file for a secutity level,
it will just display the default one.
So I ended up with a NEW xtrn_sec.js I put in the mods directory,
and renamed the orignal in the exec directory, just to save it.
