 There`s no peer-specific functionality in nntpservice.js, but if you
wanted to look into doing that, that`s the file you would edit.

 For connecting a Synchronet BBS to an existing NNTP network (e.g.
USENET), newsgate.js is usually used (not the NNTP server/service).
