 Your chksetup.js is newer than the version of Synchronet (for
Windows) that you`re running.

 I`ve committed some work-arounds to chksetup.js in git to make it
compatible with v3.20 (what you`re likely running on Windows), but really, you
should be running the same version of Synchronet on both systems or you
(and your users) are likely to encounter more differences in behavior
between them.
