See above regarding HUNDREDS of other sysops who don`t have that 
problem.  You made mistake(s) in your installation.  The reason for that 
is that you don`t read any instructions, and you don`t follow the 
advice/directions that others give you.  Over and over and over.

I recommend that you go read the old Aesop`s Fable called "The Boy Who 
Cried Wolf".
