 We`ve been discussing this error in IRC and it appears that phil`s
system is "losing" the SBBSCTRL environment variable at some point while
running sbbsctrl.exe (re-starting sbbsctrl.exe gets the environment variable
back). jsexec and useredit.exe needs that environment variable to know where
to find the configuration files (e.g. main.ini and friends) and when
the environmetn variable isn`t set, then it reverts to the default of
"/sbbs/ctrl/". Phil`s been using the File->Run->File Manager option a lot, so it
could be related to that.
