Should an sbbs system running Linux be reporting that the binkd server is
1.1a 115?  I`m not sure if this guy has a rogue server or what. It`s
reporting that he`s in russia with a different name and invalid AKAs.  I
asked him to check his settings, but haven`t heard back yet.  He said it
worked at one point, but he`s no longer receiving packets.  The domain is
pointing to the right IP address, but the information I`m getting from his
system is nothing like what it should be...
