The Sunrisde doors recognize %PCBDIR% as a variable to replace with
the value of the PCBDIR environment variable set by sbbs when executing
external programs. If you`re using the 3rdp-install/*.ini files, you can
ignore the instructions in wiki since it`s doing all the setup for you.
