   A real possibility.

   The wealthier percent will still be able to build
   houses, of course. Cash-up-front deals. No financing.

   But for Joe Average ... it`s a real PROBLEM. "Affordable"
   housing will take on a 2nd/3rd-world character ... shit
   housing and a LOT of roomies. Nothing new, always older,
   more crumbly, more roaches.

   Hey, maybe everyone will become reverse-wetbacks ... invade
   S.America ! Lots of vacant land  :-)

   Well, not TOTAL collapse ... but kinda bad regardless.

   This ASPECT of The Economy will slowly implode. The
   smart money will move on to other areas.

   But the little pink house with the white fence ...
   the old GI-Bill vision ... that`s not gonna be
   real anymore. It`ll really be more 3rd world,
   packed-in and awful. Decay.

   The US economy has been in the red since the 70s.
   The pols have maintained a "false prosperity",
   the Bread & Circuses, but time`s pretty much up.
   It`s gone too far now.

   And the USA isn`t the only place ... it`s much of
   the "west", the 1st-world. We screwed up, believed
   The Big Lie. Said nothing.

   But don`t worry, our Chinese/Russian/NK/Iranian
   masters will handle things .......
