Thank you. What a town assess a proprerty value to be has nothing to
do with its actual market value as they are typically reassessed every
number of years. It`s a value set to make sure they get a number for
their tax rate. Oddly the judge didn`t consult with actual real
estate experts to determine its value. As I`ve already established
the value is way off.
