What is real wierd, is:

1) The creator of the program seems to have a Japanese DNS, as well as name.
2) Both of the `filter rule` screenshots contains Japanese characters.

However, all of his screenshots look like they were done on Linux.

I wonder if the Windows version relies on the Windows default fonts?
