 We didn`t give ourselves that title. I think it was first uttered
by the Z1C or someone around him, we just took it as a honorary
title, for something we were already doing for probably a decade before
that. But maybe less publicly. So the "job" already existed, and didn`t
change with the new title... ;-)

 Anyway it is not so difficult to figure out, either Tommi`s RC or
the ZC could have done this. So it will probably come known what
happend in the near future.
