That is set as en_GB.UTF-8:en_GB:en

I am guessing that there is a setting for the KDE element that is looking for
8859-15 but cannot find out where and for Mageia there is no locales command
as me or via sudo, nor man locales or using info.

Lots of error messages and connection refused trying as me and as sudo.
