Hello All!

I have today adjusted the schedule timings so that polling occurs at 5 minutes
past the hour (on the hourly process) as the midnight one has been moved from
00:10 to 00:00.

I have also changed the schedule script from sleeping for 60 secs after the
newfiles/allfiles are created and processed by the tic processor to 10 secs.

This was set up for a Pentium based system and now with a AMD Ryzen 16 core,
things happen some what faster - OK, a lot faster. Should have done this when 
upgraded to a AMD 8 core some years ago :(
This new system has been in operation since 2025.

Note that four cpu`s are reserved and used with the mainframe system when in
direct operation.

This will allow such things as the allfiles, newfiles lists, msgs about new
files added etc to be sent out immediately instead of waiting an extra hour.

Just to be a little cleaner and quicker for announcements, etc.
