Hello everybody!

Just noticed that a new file has been sent out named QBSHELL11.ZI

This due to the name is 9.3 and not 8.3.

Have suggested to dev that name be changed to QBSHELLB.ZIP so you may well 
have
issues with the one sent out.

Unless you are using mbse in which case you will not :)
