Maybe there would be three files in there normally.

The "ReCustomize" file looks unusual, and perhaps
that is what was used to make a custom Windows image.

And the output file is larger than the ones Microsoft
uses. Perhaps there are extra Dell drivers ?

You can see at the bottom of that particular display,
you can highlight a file and press "c" to copy the file
somewhere. This allows extracting files like the
"ReCustomize" (Recovery Environment Customize) control
file, as well as copying winre.wim so you can open
it with 7ZIP for a look.

I assume ReCustomize is a text file (like an XML),
but you`ll find out when you get there.
