I said that wrong. It`s not the TD Ameritrade accounts that have
incorrect financial institutions, it`s the two accounts with the
incorrect nicknames that now have Charles Schwab & Co, Inc, as their
Financial Institution.

I haven`t figured out to change them. Is it possible? How?

I also tried to add my wife`s Schwab IRA account and link it to
Existing Account. That failed in the same way.

This is extremely frustrating. I don`t know what to do. I`m not even
sure I can remember everything I`ve tried.
