Sure ... clean it from anything that is not needed, then rinse it thoroughly.
 
 Slowly boil it covered in water for 1hr 40 min. Then pour it
through a fine cotton sieve and add enough sugars during the cooling
process to thicken it.
 
 Pour it into jars and close. Place in a cool place until it
stiffens enough ... et voilр .. Jam
