The easiest way is:

1. set up ypur golded like
 AREADEF FIRST.ECHO "FIRST.ECHO" 0 Echo Opus d:\fido\\mail\\FIRST.ECHO
AREADEF SECOND.ECHO "SECOND.ECHO" 0 Echo JAM d:\fido\\mail\\SECOND.ECHO

2. put msg files in to d:\fido\\mail\\FIRST.ECHO

 3. start golded, go to the FIRST.ECHO, mark all messages then move
them to the SECOND.ECHO.
