 The Trump campaign needs to explain something that will be easy for
the extremely ignorant to understand.

 Handouts are the only tool that could possibly work for the
extremely ignorant. Maybe Trump can offer them money with payment on a
specific date, like on inauguration day or something. Because he could do
that, unlike the Democrats who would never, ever give a specific date,
because of re-elections.
