I have a tub of Quaker brand "old fashioned" grits, not instant. Stir
into boiling water then simmer with the lid on for 15+ min. I would not
recommend attempting to poach an egg in the cooking grits. I tried, and
it ended up scrambled, at best. It was worth a shot, I guess.

Everyone here seems to hate free hotel waffles, but I won`t stay at a
hotel unless they offer free waffles for breakfast the next morning.
No, I`m not kidding. Yes, hotel waffles are sweet, but it works out,
because I put almost no syrup on them.
