This relates to both ngs. 

I`m using win10 Home, fully updated, but also using that program that
makes win10 look like win7 (I forget the name). I`ve had this setup for
over 2 years with no trouble, but First, a week or two ago I found that
watching videos on FF on Youtube, when I click on the full screen icon
in the bottom right of the video screen, the top goes all the way to the
top but the task bar at the bottom doesn`t disappear.

This only happens on the laptop which FTR is win10 Home, not on the
desktop which is win10 Pro. 

Then today I had a Zoom session and again the taskbar would not go away.
It hid the bottom of the session so I coudln`t turn on my sound or my
picture.  With Youtube it was easy to make the window smaller using the
Esc key, but with Zoom, I had to click all over the place to make it
small enough to see the bottom of its window. 

When I right-click in empyty spots of the Taskbar and the menu lists
Taskbar Settings, I left-click on that and nothing happens. 

I`m also using 7+ Taskbar Tweaker, which recently updated, but it`s
screen doesn`t say a word about taskbar disappearance.  I used to see
that somewhere, I think it was in Taskbar Settings, which as I just
said, I can`t get to open.
