As reported on the chat, chiselapp.com and core.tcl-lang.org were moved 
to a new, better server: from 16GiB of RAM to 64GiB and using SSDs, also 
double the cores. Whenever core.tcl-lang.org is booted, the various 
credentials have to be manually reloaded. Andreas did that earlier 
today. So the sync should be working again.
